This one is currently $14.99 for SYWR members, and has a voltage tester as well.

While cheaper, there is subtle difference between this one and the other one. This one is only a 2000 count vs. 4000 count for the other. Also, it lacks A/C amp, capacitance and temperature measurement compared to the other one.

Still will do probably 99% of most home user needs, but those differences for some may be needed.
