The 3 piece $39 set has been on sale for a week or two now for $19 (as has been discussed). In today's ad they have the 3 piece $49 professional set on sale for $29.
I looked at both sets in the store the other day, and the only difference seems to be in the handles. The standard set has a very square profile handle and no striking cap on the end, while the pro bars have more of a tapered screwdriver type handle with metal striking cap.
I personally like the standard set, but arguments could be made either way. But now would be a good time to buy either set if you're thinking about it.
