Hey guys, bought this today off the local classifieds. The pictures show how I found it, no cleaning has been done. It is in really great shape, no major dents. I paid $15.00, I thought it was worth it. not sure what i will use it for yet though, most likely use it for parts.

Any guess on its age?

I have wanted one of those for a while. I have seen those on ebay for about $50 in similar or worse condition. My father has one and he has had it since the early 80s and I believe he purchased it new.

I have the same box in a Kennedy and it is awesome. Just be warned if you fill it with tools it gets so heavy you can hardly move it around.

I have the same box. I bought it new in 69 or 1970. Nice box, but they get heavy real fast when full of tools.

Any ideas of what I should fill it with? I was thinking of using it to store all of my tap and dies and required tools.

I don't think it will ever leave the shop to be honest, bought it because I thought it was really cool. In all honesty id be just as happy building a shelf for it and hanging it on the wall in the shop. That being said it would be a waste not putting something in it!

Possibly store the tools i recieved from my grandfather, the ones that didn't make it into my main boxes anyways.
