I was at Sears yesterday and got my 50% off stuff and was looking at a almost full rack of Weatherbeater floor covering .
I'd have to wonder since it says comes with "cleaner" what kind of cleaner they provide ? With all the talk here about proper prep and all ?
Sure be nice if someone else were the tester ! :) I'm more curious than anything .

Does the fact it is located in the 50% off Clearance area give you a clue??

Sears is NOTORIOUS for buying from the LOWEST bidder.

Chances are it is made by one of the major manufacturers.

I would NEVER buy it until I knew the date of manufacture. MOST companies have a 12 MO MAX shelf life.

If NO date when made or Use by. I would NOT waste my $$$$.

If over 8 mo old Mix SUPER GOOD before combining components.

The Kit is "Item Weight: 9.6 lbs."...

That means... you only get 1 Gallon which might apply at ~4.1 mils wet thickness after you wet out the roller.

THEN, the next clue is: "water cleanup" which means it's a waterbased product. So, it's probably between 40%-50% solids... maybe as high as 55%. So, once this product dries, you would have about 1.66 mils of thickness left. At the maximum of 55% solids you would have 2.25 mils.

Thickness matters!
