You either don't have or haven't activated the Ebay bucks offer. It's a targeted offer that not everyone gets, but if you did get it you still need to activate it.

Wow, I can't believe this deal is still going on. I grabbed one. I guess people aren't buying from Sears/Kmart that much anymore to still have gift cards left two days later.

I've always purchased Sears/Kmart gift cards when they have a 15% or 20% discount.

This deal is only for 12% discount, so maybe that's why not as many are interested.

Well, this *****. I was trying to use the Sears gift card today, and the Paypal Gifts site is down. Seems from the chatter on the internet, the site has been down for a few days, and no way to access your gift cards. Unless you happen to have accessed them before and did a printout of the card number and pin. Seems like it is also going to be down until September, You can't buy any new cards now, and the seller has pulled all cards from Ebay. But what really ***** is that if you bought cards already, you can't access them either to see what the card number and pin are. I hope they fix this soon. With the latest round of news from Sears Holdings today, I really don't want 100 bucks in limbo as the ship is sinking.

Open a case with ebay, you'll get a refund. granted, you're losing your $12/card discount, but at least you're no longer in limbo.
