Gotta love sales people. lol
I recently went in to have a few Gearwrench ratchet wrenches warrantied and had a store manager tell me that they did not warranty GW in the store only C-man. I laughed and called Danaher Tools right there so they could tell him he is supposed to warranty GW in the store. He still didn't believe me so I had him pull up the Sears site and had him read their warranty policy out loud. He swapped the wrenches after that. It's pretty bad when the warranty policy has been in place since 2006 and the STORE MANAGER doesn't know what it is.
