Sears (Not Craftsman; ie old) low pressure compressor help needed.

So I got this from my step dad about a year ago when he got a small Kobalt oil-less. He had it for a long time and he got it from his dad, i think. Suffice to say its old, but it still performs well enough to fill car tires 90% of the time and clean up and blow up inflatables.

Thanks to you guys for the first time I have really looked at it and go figure it needs oil

My google fu has not been good for finding a manual so I need help there and also what is detergent oil compared to regulator compressor oil?

most compressor oil is 30wt non detergent. detergent oil would be like the stuff you put in your car

The 106 prefix indicates it was made by Campbell Hausfeld.
They have manuals online. Just need to look and match one up to your compressor.
That is what I did with my compressor.
