A discount coupon and bonus reward point coupon should have no problem stacking. Sears/Kmart customer service are trained to tell you to wait 7-9 business days for the points. However, if you see an entry in your SYW account history for the Dewalt set with 'Base points earned:' (usually 1%), then you should also see 'Bonus points earned:' as well. If you don't, then give it another day after the DeWalt entry has appeared to see if the bonus amount shows up as a separate entry. After that, screw waiting a whole 9 business days and call SYW customer service.
Thanks for the reply!
Chatted with Sears this morning and they did give me the same 7-9 business day waiting period.
Checked my SYW account and for my $137.50 Dewalt purchase, it shows 1,375 Base Points and 2,750 Bonus Points. Not sure what the 2,750 is for, but the promotions I had are:
-Online Only! $25 off your purchase of $100 or more on DeWALT tools Sold by Sears!
-SYWR members get $20 in points on select tool purchases $100 or more! Items Sold by Sears.
(it doesn't show the TOOLS20 promotion, but it does show "Member Coupon Savings" of $20)
Will call SYW on my lunch break.
EDIT: After calling SYW, they could see the coupon code for points but for some reason it didn't add to my account. The rep had to manually add in the points. She couldn't explain why, just said it happens from time to time. Was on hold for almost 10 minutes before I got someone on the line, but everything worked out. Thanks!
