Do those online clearance deals apply to in store tools too? Can you purchase them online and pick them up in the store and still get the deal? Or do you have to buy them online and get them shipped to you.

Thanks for the heads-up.

I couldn't get 'in-store' pick up on these FWIW.
Don't know if it's my address or somthing. That and I had a heck of a time getting their shopping cart to update itself to include both. It finally took - But -something wasn't working there for a time.

Oh well - Shipping was only about $7 dollars (and probably worth it for me anyway)

Thanks!

Just ordered both too; thanks for the tip. There is now a rebate for the cost of shipping too! It says it is good through the 24th.

Cheers

The rebate link is under the price of the pliers and in the "shopping cart". You mail in the form with the confirmation email they send you.

As dink says, maybe they will have free Facom tools soon! There are also two sets of SK/Facom punches in the clearance part of the site too. $50 instead of $100.

Probably people in China because they take away business from the cheaper quality stuff ehheheee...I hear the manufacturers in China dont like dealing with the competition of these high quality pieces...takes away the market share hahahahaha

Actually even Knipex makes the pliers for Pratt-Read....and man do I like my Pratt-Read pliers hehehe...AKA Knipex

Im skeptical... Its bad that we are so dependant on them, i mean, look what would happen if they stopped trading with us... our economy would flop.

Do any of these Facom made tools have a series code stamped or printed on them? If so, please post the code.

Thanks

Another typical conservative idiot.

Come on, China is a communist country? Are you from Mars? I am not trying to defend for China, but I went to Taiwan and China many times. Let me educate you:

China was trying to use a communist model to develop its economy after it was founded in 1949. After several decades, they realized that it did not work at all. Then in 1978, they started extensive economic reform and began to follow capitalism. If you've ever been to China, you know how much more capitalistic they are compared to us.

Man, I recommend you to travel overseas whenever you can, you will realize how stupid those right-wing conservatives are. I mean not only in terms of foreign policy. You will realize how stupid people in other countries think we are, when they see the polls between Obama and McCain are so close. After all, it's an easy choice.

Sorry it is a littlbe bit harsh. Forgive me but I'm telling you the truth.
