This is a link to an online only catalog of open stock tools (individual sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.) You can't order a paper copy but, it's better than nothing. I guess this is Sears' response to the outcry when this year's catalog came out without listing individual tools.

You can turn off the animation, (click on the gears icon, real obvious . . . ) and you can download the entire catalog as a pdf if you prefer using it that way.

Fedwrench, thanks for the find. I was wondering why I cannot find anything on the paper catalog. I just chalk it up to another Sears stupidity. Their annoying animation is no reflection on your contribution. The info IS useful, the presentation is annoying.
