I bought a toolbox from Sears online.It was initially out of stock on the website.I called and the top box was available.I told them no thanks i don't want it setting here on the floor while I wait for the bottom,I'll just order them together.My lovely wife knew I was trying to buy this particular box.Actually I had picked one out of stock in the local store and she found this much bigger one and convinced me I should get it since it was bigger and I would need the room because I add as often as I can.A couple of weeks later she called again and asked when it would be in stock.They told her it was in stock that the inventory on the website had not been updated.She ordered it stipulating "It is not to be delivered unless it is both pieces!"They gave her a delivery date of 7-10 days.In 10 days she called and they told her it had shipped.She asked,Both pieces?" Yes it should be there in 3-4 days.A week later the top box shows up.It took another 7 weeks to get the bottom box.I tried to return the top box and get credit so I could get a different box but they wanted me to pay shipping back on both boxes since they claimed it was already in transit 5 weeks before it came.
BOTTOM LINE IS THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ONLINE OR PAY FOR SOMETHING BACKORDERED AT SEARS
