They've been that price for a good while. I got them back in Oct. They are the Craftsman "Evolv" and only go up to 15mm or 11/16.

Surprisingly they built a brand new outlet store near me. I went in the other day to find a bunch of NOS USA 9pc 6 and 12 point RP wrench sets marked at $12.99. Just checked and they are $9.89 and $10.79. Time to get one for my work bag!

The 10 pc SAE set goes up to 1 in., and the 10 pc metric set goes up to 24mm. Made in Taiwan with a lifetime warranty (not 5 yrs as with other Evolv).

I bought them from Sears back when they were $20 with $15 back in reward points. Great for backup.
