Sears Vintage toolbox

Can anyone give me any information on this Craiglist find? Does not seem to have any dates or markings that I can find. It has to be late 60's early 70's. I have only found one picture of one online that was in an auction. It is a lightweight box compared to others but I just liked the look. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The Sears labels indicate lighter, cheaper boxes that Sears used to offer as a less expensive alternative to the Craftsman stuff. You're likely right on the 70's time frame, but I can't confirm.
