So it's a fail because the tools have different size drives?

Maybe guys might be interested in filling out a blank spot in their socket/ratchet sets?

Leave Sears alone, go pick on some other retailer.

The Sears fail is their website in general. The Sears website in my experience crashes my web-browser as frequently as Mackeeper webpages do.

Simply listing items "that might go together" which actually don't can happen with a lot of websites including Amazon.

:headscrat:headscrat:headscrat Claudia, the head of the women's shoe department at the local Sears, mentioned something about the website production being shipped to ChITaiwandia. Far easier for them to keep organized that way..

LMFAO; I wonder if that's something he hears from his best ******* a regular basis.

OP: Dude it's the internet, it isn't perfect so get out of that skirt and quit you're bitching.

Anyways, I've just been generally displeased with sears in general. Online ordering never gets done properly for pick up at my local store. The appliance and tool departments have had horrid customer service in store (housewares seems OK for the most part) and the website is organized like... Mmm, maybe organized isn't even the right term.

I don't know. My wife and I went to Sears a few days ago. She bought a bunch of clothes and I picked up a couple of tools. The girl checking us out went to great pains to save us $50. She even called someone because because one of the discounts she was giving us, that we didn't even know about wasn't working. She got it done and saved us a total of $50. My wife got a great deal on some pretty nice clothes. Not tools, but Sears did us right.

Perhaps this is better, that's the best screen cap I seem to be able to get. And At this point I figure I'll probably abandon the thread, since it seems not so many people find the same humor in it that I do.

I tried to buy pedestals for my washer and dryers yesterday off the Sears site. It froze both times at check out. I said screw it and went to depot and modified the LG pedestals to fit under my Kenmores.

Poor Sears.

They keep redesigning the site and it's never any better than the last version. Sears needs to overhaul their IT dept.

I worked for Sears 3 different times and I always went the extra mile to take care of the customer but that is the most messed up company I have ever seen. People that used to serve in the armed forces would come to work there and fit right in. They would say Oh this is just like the military! Situation normal all fouled up. You know SNAFU! I can't believe they are still in business!
