Sears website says and 3 sockets for $10??

If it was on the shelf why didn't you get it?
After waiting a couple weeks on a 10mm flex with 3 showing on the computer in inventory and zero on the shelf, I pointed out they did have a set of them, so the manager pulled the socket out and gave it to me.
Sears.com looks like a total mess though, it still looks like I haven't been charged for the first three sockets I picked up, and now I can't even pull the order up on the web site anymore. All I see are a couple charges for $3.91, which is one socket at the sale price plus tax.

I still have an order for 45 of the 3 cent pliers that says processing arrival in store 25-27 days. The order was placed on Sept 15th so it's been 27 days.
Both of my Air Compressor orders show as pending or processing, the one I picked up and is sitting in my garage and the one they don't really have in stock in the other store. I just hope somebody is watching the store, I would hate to see Sears really go toes up.
