Sectional door to ceiling clearance

I'm looking to use the space above the sectional door for plywood storage. My setup is a 7ft door with 8ft walls. The door tracks are 12" radius and no opener. Will changing to low height tracks gain some clearance above the door? Thanks in advance.

They would give you a few extra inches. Using a jack shaft opener will really open up the space for you.
