Ok guys I am pondering the thought of insulated sectional doors for my building instead of roll ups. 12 wide by 14 high. Haven't gotten any local prices but online they seem a lot cheaper than the insulated roll up doors. Do any of you guys have these? Also what about high lift follow roof line configurations? Any drawbacks? Thanks!

Too much, I paid them to install them because I didn't have the time or help to do it myself.
CHI commercial model 3216
$1,816 each. about $500 labor to install and the rest was the door and high lift.

Your doors are polyurathane though instead of plolystyrene, your steping up in R value which = higher quality door (in my opinion) and more $.
I have two Amarr model 1000 10x10 on order (commerical model polystyrene) that should be in hopefully this week or next week.
They ran under $2900 for both doors installed with high lift. I dont know which side that I will want to add openers later on so I had the shafts to be extended on both sides and I think that added a few dollars to the total quote.
CHI are good doors, but I liked the "profile" of the doors I orderd and seemed to like my local Amarr dealer/installer better then the local CHI.
My buliding is block so I dont think the model doors I ordered is going to be my weak link R value wise but I would have stepped up to polyurathane if I wasnt so far over budget already.

10' x 12" CHI insulated with high lift up to 15'. They work great.

I also had the 12x24 windows added to the doors I orderd, which looks like what you went with.
Did you specifiy they be up higher than normal or did they come that way.
Do you like them up high?

The dealer said they would be in the third panel up by default but the installer could switch the brackets at time of install if I wanted to move them up higher.
