Seeing into deep cavities? Tiny light on end of thin wire?

Let's say I want to see in a deep cavity. I can't get light in there, bc when you shine a light in, you have to look at an angle since the light needs to be shined directly in. So either you look inside, or shine a light inside, but not both.

Is there a cheap tool to solve this issue?
Almost like a light at the end of a thin wire?

That's exactly what I'm talking about.
Reviews say it's a bit dim, but for $7, I'll get it.

I have an older Mac light with a flexible shaft like the Spellman one above. It's 20 years old and I use it often. I have a flexible bore scope that works good for deep places also.

Search for bore scope lights also.

How about a bore-a-scope...
Make a fiber optic light. Get some fishing line, a light bulb and a small box....

I have a few strands from a old fiber optic light the kids got for x-mas one year, I just tape one onto a mag light, puts light where ever I need it.

I had a "fiber optic" add on to a Mag 2 AA. you put it over the business end of the flashlight. It was advertised as for looking into bores of guns etc... I'm positive it wasn't made by Mag light.
