seek deck sealer advice

I've owned my home for 15 years. In the beginning I used whatever they sold at Sherwin Williams or Home Depot and had to reseal the COVERED deck every summer. I get water runoff from the heat pump on the roof. Someone told me about Flood products. I buy those at True Value and can go 2-3 years. They are fabulous. Well, I heard the company closed and that the stain no longer is available. Anyone recommend some other brand?

I get about 3 years from the TWP products and the price is not too bad. I have roughly 5-600 sq ft of deck.
