Seeking battery cable end size chart

I have been making new battery cables for my old tractors and am now replacing the terminal ends on some other newer vehicles that have "auxiliary" wires incorporated in them. I am trying to replicate OEM cables. I have been searching for a chart that would show what size terminal end I would use to account for the extra wire. For example if I had a 1/0 cable and a #4 auxiliary wire would I have to upsize the terminal end to a "2/0" to accommodate the extra wire?

I have been using a really nice FTZ94284 crimping tool that has given excellent results so far and would like to keep the results quality at a "professional" level instead of trying to just stuff the extra wire in. I realize that I could use a battery terminal end with a stud/nut or a "universal" end but that is not what I want. I haven't found any termination ends that have any place for crimping in the auxiliary wire. I shamelessly copied this sketch from CustomBatteryCables showing what I am trying to make. If I can't find a chart I may have to resort to a "fold over" type of crimp on a lug end instead.
