Seeking info on this lift

I just got this off craigslist. I don't see any obvious labels with a model number, but will take another look. This was represented as a 7000 lb lift. The Challenger website seems to have only their new models listed. Paid $800 plus $100 to buddy to retrieve it.

Does anyone know about this lift, or where to find info about it?
