I don't know what vise will go on it, but it seems it should be at least a 5 or 6 inch

what size flange is the one with the tube welded to it? then what does the blind weigh? the blind is 2-3" think being rated for 600#'s if I had to guess

I've got a 10" 150psi blind and its nowhere near heavy enough for my base. 10"pipe, not diameter.

I'm thinking the 16" 600# goes about 460# and it is 3" thick without the raised face
