I know I could call my dealer and find out but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what a Mac tools select series 10 draw roll cab would cost?

I'm seeing used ones at 2500 and 1800. So probally around 3500. Iv seen them and the nice boxes but the used market would be where id go. Lots of older macsimizers out there. Those boxes are built like brick shithouses. For that money that would be where id go.

Id almost say ask, borrow or rent somthing then. For a heavy tech id just want somthing a little stronger than the select series.

I have a Mac Tech 1000 double bank. I have had it since 2002. Look into the tech series. They are great well made boxes and are affordable. They can be found second hand pretty cheap too. The box still looks great 11 years later.

I second that. I have a Mac tech 1000 Double bank. It's a solid box.

I guess I should have said had a tech series box. I just sold it for 2k. Took my kids to Disney and bought the Kobalt box at lowes. I know a manager at lowes and I got the one for 1900 he got it down to 1250 for me. Then 18 months no interest. It is no where near the quality of the Mac but I was out of room in it. I am not in a pro enviornment anymore so it is a great home box. The radio is actually nice to have. They are about the same width and depth but the addition of the top box have me more room. Now I am out of room in this box and I am thinking of selling it and getting the HF 56" top and bottom. Here is the mac I had. http://www.mactools.com/shoponline/product/tabid/120/p-329091-11-drawer-work-station.aspx
