Self Assembly Tool Chest

Saw one of these is Costco yesterday:

Carton it came in was far smaller than the box itself, website says self assembly, is this usual?

All my boxes have come in one piece, in giant cardboard boxes.

Looking at the assembly instructions, it appears that the top drawer bank is preassembled, and you build the bottom space, then stick the wheels on.

This like the SAMs Seville line. Set aside a few hours of repetitive assembly. It will be very nice when it's done.
