Hoping to fix some surface appearance issues with some epoxy. I patched some spalling concrete and I now have a color difference. Also my handy work is not the best so I'd like something that fills up the low spots. Does something like this exist? I was also worried about the consequences for drainage but I guess I can't get worse than what I currently have.

Depending on what your outcome is desired and if you are coating the whole garage would determine what product to use. Did you apply epoxy on the garage apron? That's usually the exterior transition strip from the drive to the garage floor most commonly only 2 foot deep and run the length of the garage door or garage. Epoxy is a big no for exterier applications.

Utraviolet radiation breaks down the chemical bonds (binders) in epoxy.

We do bring it outside for customers. It is explained that it will discolor over time.
In addition, we apply a clear urethane over top. Depending on how much sun the apron gets will directly influence how fast the color changes.
Another option is to use a solid color urethane (over epoxy) and this will do fine.
Our rule of thumb is to not go outside if there is a natural transition. If there is not, the option is given with an explanation of the consequences.

If theres not a transition, make one under the garage door. A simple score line works well. Keep the epoxy out of the sun. Clear coatings over epoxy still allows UV degregation to epoxy, chemically breaking it down. Use an appropriate product for exterior. Epoxy rock systems installed outside have to have constant recoats because of the breakdown. One of the polys or urethanes that are not affected by UV will serve you better in the long run. gene
If it discolors, I'm ok with that. So I assume a gray color will change to a lighter shade of gray or yellow.

We have a one step trowel grade cementitious overlay.
It will not be changed by UV and will resemble the original concrete in color.

You will have to trowel it smooth, it will not "self-level".

No, but you could stain and seal or just seal.

Because of all the freeze/thaw damage to many repair products sold here in Michigan (similar weather as NJ), I switched to ALL concrete repairs thick to thin, as in zero, to Mg-Krete. You have several distributors in NJ. In the pic I repaired a spall pop 1" deep and skimcoated the rest.
