Seller Feedback Area?

This may have been brought up before but on other forums I frequent they have an area designated to post positive or negative feed back for sellers. Usually you just start a new thread when you buy something but they are all together so if you find an item you would like to buy, hit the search engine, type in their name and see what others have to say about them.
