Seller Problems. Never received item

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone else bought something recently and never received the item? I do not want to reveal a name quite yet because I am still awaiting a response and if its a honest mistake, etc. then I do not want to tarnish a name, but I sent a PayPal payment to the user around a month ago and never received the item and I know a lot of item were sold by the user so I am just wondering if anyone else bought something recently and never got it. If I do not hear back from user or feel like I got ripped then i will update the post with a name, etc.
