Im a member on another board related to mustangs. They have a very large classified section and have put in a system where you can rate other members when something is bought or sold. (similar to ebay but simplified) I thought that might be a good idea here since buying/selling/trading seem to be a big thing.

ebay ***** now because you can only leave positive for the buyer. It's not a bad idea for here if it's done right.

Its really a pretty simple system, you just select if the deal was positive or negative, you select if you were buyer or seller, and write a short blurb about how the deal went. You can even link to the for sale thread. Its not foolproof since technically you could leave feedback even if you didnt buy anything. But still it helps, and takes some of the uncertanty out of buying from someone you dont know.

Anyway, I figured id bring it up.

For newbies such as myself, it is a good idea. How else does one build a reputation if all they ever do is post messages? I came here with the idea of selling/trading tools to interested collectors, which I have all ready done a few times. Something like this would be beneficial, I believe.
