When My dad passed and I sold his house. I went through the house, complete cleaning and testing. Then sold as is. Made a fair price. 1st buyer gave a list of all the stuff they wanted "fixed" I told them no, selling as is period. They whined and complained so needless to say I did not sell to them. Next buyer wanted it, had no issues. Nothing major wrong and made a fair offer. Took 1 week to sell.
