Semi tubular rivet tool

What kind of tool do I need to set these kind of rivets? https://www.rivetsonline.com/rivets/semi-tubular-rivets

Put on a new awning on my race hauler because old one collapsed in a storm and found one of the rivets broken. Purchased new rivet and trying to figure out how to set it.

Depending on where it is located a rivet squeezer, or rivet set and backing block.

FWIW: I have set some with make-do tools (couple of punches and heavy hammer head for a backer). Takes a little more care and attention to detail.

In a lot of similar situations I've used pop rivets, riv-nuts or screw and nut.
