Thanks to Larry G, I got some good info on taking apart my Rockwell 15-655 dp.
However, on the spindle side, I cannot separate the halves of the pulley. They are stuck and I don't know what tool would be best to pull the halves apart. Would it be a big C-clamp? A valve spring compressor?

Any suggestions?

I used two pry bars to pry from both sides to separate them. I used thin sheets of wood so the metal tips and bottoms of the pry bars would not touch and damage the aluminum pulleys.
