Series 2 suspension not level ?

Is there anyone in this forum who is knowledgeable about series 2 vehicle repairs?

I've had it for a long time, having paid £1000 for it years ago, but I've always had issues with the suspension alignment.

I was wondering how precise you needed to be with your adjustments.
The local garage said they have a height gauge that they would use. I've been looking, but I'm not sure what size it is.

Your talking to a majority of Americans here. Can you explain a bit better what a series 2 vehicle is and a detailed explanation of what you mean by suspension alignment?
