I've thought about getting one or even making one for the front wheel drive cars where the pulleys are an inch away from the wheel wells and all the other ****. I can definitely see them coming in handy and someday I will either buy or make one.

I don't have the grabber type but, I have a MAC version like second one linked. I couldn't do some belts without it. You can try using screwdrivers or fabbing something up yourself but, sometimes routing the belt in a narrow area isn't a lot of fun.:dunno:

I have a tool thats the same basic design shape. not the graber style. There have been a few times when it really helped me out. Mostly when working by myself, no second set of hands to help. If you do most of your work with others around that are willing to help, you won't use it much.

Worth every penny if you work on a lot of cars or trucks with tight engine bays. Huge time (and patience) saver!

I have the one OP listed, definitely worth having, it saves your skin on forearms and a bunch of time!
