Service Drop Question

Hi guys, newbie here.
Quick non-garage related question.
Buying a new house in Chicago, my electrical from the power pole wraps around a limb of a tree on its way to my service drop.

There seems to be enough slack in the hanging wire but I cant really tell if the actual electrical wires also wrap around the limb.

When I say it is wrapped, i mean intentional 3 or 4 times around a 6 inch limb.
This includes the hanging wire.
How worried should I be??

Ill try to take a pic tomorrow.

Call the power company they should come and trim the limb.

Ill call em up after I close on the house.
Im pretty amazed that the utility company would even do something like that.
