Howdy my fellow GJ friends. I live on a farm, and sometimes things are in need of a quick fix and just need some simple tools to git-r-done. Well, heres the question. I want to buy a service cart (picture for example) and heres the issue. Casters. I want to be able to roll it around the farm to the implement or machine that needs work but pushing that cart through mud would be near impossible. Is there any "easy" way i could put some actual rubber tires on that still swivel? Yes, welding and fabing is an easy "yes" but im wondering if theres any rubber casters that are actually made that would be able to bolt up? Could even be a HF cart. It wont be needed much but when it does, it'll have some mud and junk to go through. Any thoughts, ideas, pictures will help. I havent done a lot of research so maybe ive looked right by something but hoping y'all can help a farmer out. Have a good day.uploadfromtaptalk1425952699382.jpg

Do you have a skid loader or loader tractor? Might be easiest to make up some sort of skid to pick up and haul where needed. Pushing something like that through mud, even on penumatic tires would ****.

Unless you've got real flat mud, you might like it better with two big wheels and a handle, so you can roll it around like a wheelbarrow. That way, any bumps you roll over won't jar your arms around.

Thats what I do with my HF 5 Drawer cart, just pick it up with the tractor bucket and strap it down. I've thought about putting some bigger pneumatic tires on it but am not sure on that moving the weight to high or something.

Sounds like you need a gator/golf cart/ATV or the like. Put a box in the bed.
