Service Writing Software - What do you recomend?

Hey guys. I've been doing research for 2 weeks now, reading everything I can on service writing software.

I have a small shop (4 bays). Looking for a good service writing software. What do you recommend?

What do you use now to keep track of everything? You can have an Excel & Access pro make you up a custom one if you can't find what you're looking for.
