Settle a bet, is Lowe's floor coated or bare?

Fellas, I've got a bet going with my friend, he thinks Lowe's store floor has a clear coating on it, I say it's just polished smooth.

Anybody know for sure?

Why would they spend the extra money to coat it when they'd still have to continually wax and buff it anyway? No way it has a clear coat other than the wax their cleaning crew puts down. My 2¢.

its not waxed....most are topically polished now...meaning, the cream of the crete has been burnished to a shine. The maintain it with a polish guard and burnisher every month or so.....between that time they auto scrub it every night or so.

the floor systems in Lowe's around me are polished concrete. they grind then add a densifier let that dry polish then a lithium sealer then burnish. It is coated however not with a topical type product.

Lowes and newer Walmart stores have polished concrete floors, although some Walmart stores have dyed concrete.
