so my house has a liberty pumps pro 370 http://www.libertypumps.com/Product/Pro370-Series in-floor sewage pump unit. it was in the house already when we moved in for a few years before we purchased the house .
there is no problems at this time . but i was not sure if there is reg clean out maintenance required for these units ?
it has a nice size access cover to look in / possible rinse out type work .
the shower / toilet / sink / washer machine all feed in to it . the washer is NOT the main house washer just my old washer for dirty shop cloths . not used near as much as the upstairs unit that just gravity feeds to the septic tank .
i was thinking maybe i should rinse the bottom out with a garden hose to help with any solids build up over time . ? is this a good idea or should i just leave it alone ?
thanks for any help guys .
