Canadian tire, mastercraft stuff.
Sheared the drive off of 2, 24" breaker bars same day. Both with very long cheater pipes. They didn't bat an eye.
I was trying to undo an old trailer hitch ball bolt, I bought a new insert.
Broke a metric nut driver, they don't sell singles in metric so they opened a package for me.
No hassle on the handful of broken stuff I've brought in.

The new tool box I bought from Menard's and a Tool Shop product. One of the slides is messed up. I got on EDSAL's website, did the live chat to get a replacement. I got an email today, inquiring which slide it was. I replied back which one and attached a picture with the drawer and which side circled as back up.

SK sent me a free rebuild kit for my ratchet. It would be tough to switch after you loosened or tightened a bolt. Yesterday I contacted Gearwrench because the snap ring on my 3/8 120xp was loose. I tried finding a snap ring locally but couldn't find the right size. GW told me that they don't sell just the snap ring but they can send me an entire rebuild kit for free.

I'm happy with both companies and they both have great customer service.
