I'm located in central Ohio the other barn in the back ground is from the 1800's. I have spent way to much cash patching it up thru the years [roof and siding] and never getting what I want. I have a section about 25 by 30 that is insulated pretty well but since it has a baesment wood floors are hard to keep the cold out. It is the old wood beem hand pinned and hand hulled type barn. The beems are perfect. I have a guy that will take the whole thing down and get rid of it and pay me 2000 thousand. After my construction is complete I will probably go that way. The bottom is mostly stinky dirt floor and low unusable ceiling. My wife would love a small bank barn there for her mini farm shes been working on and a bank barn half the size of the one there now would be perfect I would leave it a bank barn so hay could be unloaded up top. plus I could keep my Gator and lawn mower over there making more room for a wood shop in the smaller west side area. I'm so looking farward to the wash basin especally in the winter keeping that stuff out of the house garage. There alot of cool powerwasher systems out there I want one that is like a quarter type you find at a car wash. http://rangershop.blogspot.com/
