Sharpening a leather hole punch?

Is there a way to properly sharpen a revolving leather hole punch?

you may be able to polish them with a whet stone to sharpen them some.

A buffing wheel in a Dremel may work.

However as cheap as they are, are they really worth the time & trouble?

I'd use a 10$ bill and a garbage can to sharpen them...
