Anyone have a process to sharpen hole saws? I've got a bunch of milwaukee hole saws that are too dull to cut anymore. And they are not cheap, especially the larger sizes.

I see this post on garage journal from 2016 where a guy has a system to sharpen hole saws. Unfortunately all the picture links are no longer working.

Thanks

Have no idea as to where you're located but call around to the various sharpening services in you area. A couple might offer this service. Not only do you need to sharpen the teeth but you then need to set them, all of them, the same which is a lot tougher than using a simple file to sharpen them.

Years ago I had some involvement in sharpening tools, we sent anything over 1/4" drill and IIRC 1.5" holesaw out for sharpening as anything smaller it was cheaper to buy new.

There's definitely services that do this.
