My concern about this build would be that the wall baseplates are supported by 3/4" plywood - in essence they're hanging in mid air. I've never seen anything like this before, and can't understand why.
Well, it's been a few years. maybe the OP can chime in and let us know how it is. Looking at doing something similar here. Thinking 12x20 added to the side of the garage.
