Shed floor / vapor barrier problem

In process of building a 12x16 shed. Building out of mostly rough cut hemlock and pine boards.

I ended up using 1x12 rough cut for the flooring/planks. 2x6 pressure treated floor joists. I put a 4mil plastic sheet as a vapor barrier under the flooring since the rough cut wasnt perfect and there was some gaps. Wanted to keep them from rotting since they arent treated and bugs and other stuff from coming in up through the cracks.

Well it's working, but the wrong way. Had some heavy rain last night and didn't think to cover it. Now it's trapping all rain water under the floor boards. Everything is nailed with 3.5" nails so it's not as simple as un screwing things. I don't want mold or eventually rot.

Any ideas on how to best dry these out? I really don't want to cut it out.

Thinking of cutting a slit on the left side in between each joist in the plastic underneath and doing one on the right and inserting the vacuum in reverse to blow water out.

Any other ideas?

Can you take up every 3rd board or so? I think if you can get underneath the shed, cut a hole, then vacuum it might work but youll never get it DRY. When I saw the picture I liked the idea... I would hope a few really sunny days might help dry things out for you. But airflow and visible sunlight are you friend there.

I would cut a number of small slits in the plastic in locations that can easily be taped later, to allow any liquid to drain out. If you are worried about how quickly everything else will dry, your best option is probably to tent the floor and rent a desiccant wheel dehumidifier to put under the tent, with the exhaust port ducted to outside the tent.
