I have been doing a lot of thinking lately and have all but fully decided to build my own shed. I am aiming for 12x16 and probably have a concrete base, as a friend can get me all the concrete I need from "waste loads"

I'm aiming for 8' walls and then there will be a loft/storage in the peak.

Anyone have plans or suggestions?

if your area has a square foot limit before you have to go to a permitted building, make it taller

you are welcome racer!

To those who requested the plans, It is a 5M pdf so I will need your email address to get it to you. Also I recommend a pneumatic framing gun, as I used around 2500 framing nails :lol_hitti

The shed cost me about $3100 to build including a new framing nail gun and roofing nail gun. retail cost was going to be $4600. I spent about 12 days on it. I just installed some shelves and it holds an enormous amount of stuff:bounce:
