Sheet metal interior guys,walls or ceiling first?

I would do the walls first and have the ceiling run into the wall.

I did my ceiling first, then went around the walls with "C" channel for the wall panels to fit up into. At the floor I used a "Z" channel backed with a piece of 2 X 2 for the wall panels to rest on. I used Metal Building Supply Co. in Piedmont, S.C. (www.metalbuildingsupplyco.com) . Go to their website and get yourself a "buyers guide". It will give descriptions of the different trim pieces and is very educational. Even if you aren't close enough to use them, you will have some knowledge when you call your local supplier. Chip.

Use a trim called f and J trim it will trim out both panels at once.
Thanks for the tips guys.I was leaning towards the walls first because I can get them 10' and would require no cutting but then run the risk of damage while doing the ceiling...scaffolding..ladders and such.The ceiling seems a little more flexable size wise.

My solution would be a painted 2x4 in the corners and **** the metal into it both ceiling and walls. Getting the two to fit nicely seems like more PITA than it would be worth.
