Anyone familiar with this product? I have a friend that used it and mentioned that it needed to cure with humidity? I don't want to mess around with all of that and trying to produce humidify with a swamp cooler. Is this true?

Also what Sika Flex is best to use for the troweled control joints? I want to fill them in completely.

I just put it down in my garage 2 weekends ago, my dad helped me since he is a painter but I do remember him saying something about the humidity helping it , it was in the 90's both days with 70%+ humidity .

I personally havent used it yet, just their treadplex version, what they mean with the humidity factor is the paint 'sets' vs dries.

they mention humidity so that the ambiant moisture is high enough that the paint doesnt dry too quickly before it sets.

Did it ever occur to you to talk to the people at the sherwin williams store? The people that work there (even the kids) are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and arnt afraid to to go the extra mile to get you the right answer. They are an excellent resource, use them.

I guess it wouldn't hurt. I usually don't have luck with anyone over the counter as they don't have 2000 sf they would ever apply it to. The application will be directly over new concrete.
