I don't post much, but I have read a lot of epoxy threads. I also understand there are very supportive vendors here and don't mean to offend anyone by bringing up a non-supporting vendors product. However, a good friend of mine is the manager of a Sherwin store and has offered a discount and is local.
He will sell me macropoxy 646 for $40 a gallon, or ArmourSeal 1000hs for $100 a gallon. I am looking for value, but durability to. I'm not hard on the garage and will do occasional auto work. Biggest job I've done in it is take the muncie out of my classic Chevy truck. I also would apply the rexthane product for a top coat. Garage is 950 sq ft. Concrete is 11 years old with no sealer or coating currently.
Prep work includes shot blasting by a professional and edge grinding on the sides. I would like to go with white for color. The floor is heated. I live in central mn.
I would love your opinions, especially feedback from others that have used and experienced either of these products.
