Shiplap or **** edge for under slab insulation

Just curious which type is preferred for under slab insulation. I will be picking up the Owens Corning C-300 XPS insulation and have been given the choice of shiplap or **** edge. Any experienced installers have some input on this?

Not sure if it makes any difference but this will be under a monolithic slab.

mine is too, I think the **** edge would be easier to work with and see no reason to use ship lap. that's just my opinion...

Unfortunately all they had was the shiplap formular 300. I can always rip them on the table saw if the shiplap is too problematic during install.
