Who built, or where did you get, the barrel structure? Are the trusses steel or aluminum? Curious, because that is effectively an outdoor stage roof similar to what my company builds for the entertainment industry.
A company named Vision Building Systems built the building minus the concrete pad which another company did.
www.visionbuildingsystems.com The trusses are galvonized steel. The trusses attach to the containers and the containers just sit on the ground. Inside a concrete pad was pored. It was a quick and cost effective system. Prior to this we were working on the trucks in the gravel lot so this was a huge upgrade. It has held up well to the high winds that we see in Vegas 60mph plus.
Indoor plumbing is still an issue. We do have water although not the cleanest since this is in a landfill, but no drains other than french drains. We still use the Port o Potty.
I got a quote recently to close off the front of the building and have two overhead doors and a service door. It came out to abot 19,000. That is on the back burner for now but something I want to do before winter hits again. It does still get cold in Vegas.
